Hannah's 6th Birthday!

Hannah Is SIX!!

My little Hannah turned 6 years old on October 13. I cannot believe how quickly the time has gone by. She is such an incredible little girl ~ full of life and love and has a great imagination. We love her so much! HAPPY BIRTHDAY HANNAH!

First Day of Kindergarten

Hannah is now in Kindergarten!!! School started on August 24th, but Hannah and the others students in the kindergarten classes had their first "official" day of school one week later on August 31st. She was so excited to start school! During the week of August 23rd, she met her teacher(s), Mrs. Elseser and Miss Woodworth (student teacher until December). She had her Kindergarten Readiness Evaluation and totally blew her teachers away with her knowledge, especially her exceptional reading skills. She had a full day of school on Friday, August 27th with half of her class (the other half had class the following Monday). She is having a great time in school! I was able to see her one day while I was volunteering at the school during lunch time. She was so excited to have her mom there! She loves recess time! She has already started taking the bus to school (today is the second day in a row) and she loves it!! She is really growing up and we are so proud of her!!!

Summertime Fun!

Hannah isn't the only one having fun this summer. Karyn and little Natalie are growing up as well and are having fun in the great outdoors. They both love to be outside as much as possible. We have a great backyard to keep them entertained - with a sandbox, slide and water toys. Here are some fun pictures of 2 1/2-year-old Karyn and 17-month-old Natalie:

Hannah lost her second tooth on Saturday, June 26th. She's still waiting for the Tooth Fairy to come by. I explained to her that the Tooth Fairy doesn't work on weekends. She had better be making a visit tonight!!

Hannah Loses Her First Tooth!!

Hannah just lost her first tooth last Tuesday, June 15th. She was so excited to put it under her pillow and see what the Tooth Fairy had in store for her. She received $5 and a note from the Tooth Fairy. We will be expecting another visit soon....she already has a second tooth that is loose.

The Start of Something New

I've been telling myself for months now that I needed to start a blog to keep family and friends up to date on the lastest news happening in the lives of the Galindo Family. So, I'm going to get moving on my goal and just get started. I hope you all will enjoy it!!
